A message
from the Pastor |
 |
Please browse our
website to learn more about New Hope and our encouraging people.
If you have specific questions please use our contact page and
someone will reply as soon as we can. We believe that the search
for a church home can be difficult; but it is an honorable search. We
are not a perfect congregation, but we promise to be available for
those seeking God's leadership through Jesus.
However, no one is going to
pester you. If you come on a Sunday morning, and if you ask us
to, we’ll add your name to the Church mailing list. This is not
an automatically done process. If you choose to "sign in" on a
Sunday morning you will receive a mailing of “The Flash Mail of
New Hope.” It is a simple communication paper that announces
what’s occurring in upcoming days.
If you would like to hear a portion
or all of a recent sermon please click on the Cyberears connection
link. There is no charge for this service. |

If you have
children please know that we are consistently working to
provide meaningful Christian Education for these precious young
ones. "Main Street" is an interactive, visually
stimulating, kid-friendly worship experience. All first time
visitors should fill out an information sheet. Please come and
pick up your children after the service concludes. Children will
not be released to anyone except those designated on the
information sheet. Because of our limited space we do not
currently use the strategy of a separate children's Sunday
School program and therefore this hour long program is our vital
link in Christian Education. Our
regular programming includes a nursery for each Sunday and age
appropriate classes for children through the Middle School age
group.

Worship Style and a Little More Insight |

Don’t worry if
you can’t find the hymnals, choir or pipe organ. There
aren’t any. We have a Praise and Worship Team with upbeat music
and vocals. We blend the best of contemporary and traditional
worship music and patterns into what we call "the New Hope
style," that we believe honors God. You will also find that we
occasionally use multi-media and drama to help drive home a
point. And if you don’t want to sing, it’s okay -- true worship
flows from within a person. |

Make a joyful
noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and
rejoice, and sing praise. Sing unto the LORD with the harp;
with the harp, and the voice of a psalm. With trumpets and
sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the LORD, the King.
Psalms 98:4-6. Click here to see what we
do to Rejoice. |
